We are a nationwide notary agency. Therefore, we have notaries located all across the US, and do not have one particular office location. Our notaries are mobile notaries, meaning that they will come to you, and they do not have a location for you to come to them.
Check out each of the following pages in the menu, to see the prices for the particular document you need notarized. Documents are organized in the following categories as follows:
Loan Signings - All documents needing notarized for real estate closings and transactions
Estate Planning Signings - All documents required for estate planning services, such as wills, trusts, directives, and beneficiary designations.
General Notary Services - All other documents requiring a notary stamp.
All notary services, excluding loan signings, must be paid at the time the appointment is booked. Therefore, we only accept any major debit/credit cards for payment.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment at anytime. We ask that you please cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, in order to receive a refund.
We do provide refunds, only for appointments canceled 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No refunds will be made after the documents have been notarized. No refunds will be provided if you need to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, but you will have the option to reschedule, if needed.
We have notaries available 24/7 to notarize your documents. Please keep in mind, an additional fee of $50 will be applied for all after hour appointments and weekend appointments. An additional $75 will be applied for all major holiday appointments.
All signers will need to provide their unexpired driver's license or state issued ID, in order for the notary to notarize your documents. Failing to provide this, will result in you not receiving your notarized documents, and forfeiting your payment. Per state laws, we cannot notarize your documents, without first verifying your unexpired ID. Also, if we will not be drafting your documents, you will need to bring those to your appointment as well.
We will draft any documents you may need for an additional fee of $75.
We will translate any documents you may need to a different language, for an additional fee of $75.
